Migrate to the cn package

Browse Source 
- Ran `npx shadcn@latest migrate cn`: swaps clsx + tailwind-merge for cn
- Import cn from "cn" everywhere (matches what `shadcn add` now writes)
  and remove the src/lib/utils.js re-export shim
